I was in Manhattan for a few hours today for a meeting. Just so happens that the company I was meeting at is located a half a block from the infamous Brasserie Les Halles where famous TV Foodie and Travel Channel host of the show NO RESERVATIONS, Anthony Bourdain, worked for years.I had a quick lunch of warm beet salad topped with goat cheese, escargots in garlic butter and a glass of Taittinger "La Francaise" champagne.
